Sol Koffler - RISD Alumni Exhibition: Revolutionaries created RISD. They established it as a “radical experiment” in art and design education that defied the conventions of art education before and since. Rhode Island School of Design’s alumni and faculty have remained the most innovative and influential group in the history of art and design. Sol Koffler is a proud RISD graduate, much like the tens of thousands of alumni who have had a strong impact on their fields and the world. Koffler led the company to greatness, and in doing so, she and her team reflected her alma mater’s spirit of innovation, transformation, and world-shaping.
