Edward Kotz, M.D., is originally from near Tallahassee, Florida. He graduated from Furman University in 1995. He then graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2001, where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Edward Kotz spent one year in Internal Medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed three years of Dermatology training at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Kotz also served as Chief Resident there. Dr. Kotz achieved certification from the American Board of Derma;logy in 2005. He is board-certified in both micrographic dermatologic (Mohs) surgery and dermatology. Dr. Kotz has been practicing for the past 18 years! Dr. Kotz is passionate about surfing and spending quality time with his family during his free time.
