Feedback Summary from Midland Mortgage Corporation Customers. 1. Caution! They need you to lag behind. The business wants you to be late on mortgage payments. If you have equity, they want to refinance your money and add tens of thousands of dollars to what you owe them before refinancing. They can tell you they wish to help you, but when you ask for help, they advise you that nothing is available, "just keep paying your late fees."2. I must state that I have been associated with this company for a long time, and every time they have gone above and beyond to help me as much as they can. They have always been so nice. I do not know that I would be in my house today if I was with anybody else!3. The absolute worst ppl if you had an ins claim. You are trying to fix your house and they won't send u your insurance money so you can get the materials you need to fix your house; they don't pay a dime on your insurance but can hold you back from fixing your home; u don't have a kitchen or bathroom and they really don't care at all they just have their rules; F them and everyone who makes a house payment on time every month.4. Never had an issue with them
