Patient Experiences Dr. Watson Saved Our Son's Teeth After a Bike Accident I can not say enough about Dr. Watson!!! When shopping for a orthodontist 2 years ago, there was no question he was the one!! Fast forward , my son was due to get his braces off in 2 weeks and was in a bike accident knocking out his front teeth , his braces really saved most of his teeth but anyway! Dr. Watson was on the phone with me & the emergency room doctor at 10 pm on a Sunday night walking us through the next steps and arranging oral surgeon, Dr. Howell at Carolina Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. He prepared a whole team and was treating my son like his own emergency. Im crying writing this , im forever grateful for him & his team of magicians and caring experts!! Look no further !!! Forever Grateful This review is extremely hard for me to write, but I hope it saves someone else from making the same mistake. I wish I could go back and never get an orthodontic consultation here. After two years of treatment, my initial problems weren’t fixed, AND a new bite issue was created that now “can’t” be fixed either. I truly wish I could turn back time and leave my teeth alone. My biggest regret is choosing Palmetto Family Orthodontics - Greenville (Verdae) as my orthodontist. I sincerely hope this review saves someone else from the investment and heartbreak that I've experienced. Dental Treatment Failure Dr. Freeman inherited me as an Invisalign failure, but could not have made my experience any better. I obviously was disappointed, but she came up with a plan to move forward. This involved briefly going back to regular braces. The staff is wonderful and I never had to wait. Dr. Freeman is peppy, positive, and great at her job. She turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a fantastic one. Would highly recommend her.
