She conducted well and came to the conclusion that the firm would represent me. After they left me in limbo for days, waiting to be contacted, I contacted them. The firm wanted a retainer of $25,000 to handle an appeal in probate. This amount I was short of the retainer by $584.13. This money was guaranteed. Cole Law declined to handle my case even after I begged to pay the rest piece by piece. It showed that my punctuality, professionalism and paying for the consultation mattered none. I feel that the firm is inconsiderate. I am a person that found multiple oversights in my case, I am a person that explained the nature of my case vividly. The firm did not care and stopped communicating with me via email once I requested to pay in increments. Do Not obtain this firm!!! They are Not for the community!!! 2. Cole Law Group has it together! very efficient with billing, very responsive when you reach out to them, their customer portal is great, and keeping you updated on things going on. 8. Long story short: After $950, 3 consultations, and about a month of time they accepted the case but when asked basic questions before committing to a $5000 retainer it was spontaneously dropped. Being desperate, I decided to drive 25 miles to the office for an in-person appointment. The receptionist was not helpful at all. I asked her very important questions and all she said was, “I’m afraid not.” Even when I politely asked if I could use the washroom, the same response. I decided to go to another law firm and good thing I did because I was treated with respect. I will never return to Cole Law Group Because I am the sponsor, this is my legal case. Alyssa stayed in close contact throughout & worked very hard to get the most fair determination. She was professional and went to bat for her client in the courtroom setting.
