I do not want to be judged because I did not get fillings on time, I have temp tooth from Amazon in my mouth...etc. Nobody wants to go to the dentist and feel bad. I was so pleased on how I was treated by the young lady who did my x rays, the 2 ladies who did my exam and showed me options, and most of all Tiffany at the front. She helped me figure out my financial situation and got me the best service I could get with the resources I have. No judgment, no catty women talk, just straight up good customer service. Plus I left an expensive tablet in the waiting area and they put it up in the safe for me. I should have done this years ago. Affordable Dentures in Jeffersonville was my previous dentist and they are terrible. I was 10 minutes late and they canceled my appointment. I never felt comfortable with the staff, they always acted like patients were bothering them and snobbish.6. I had to have a huge amount of work done and I wouldn't choose any other dentistry. The staff and doctors are so nice and really care for their patients. RDA Hope is an absolute sweetheart and my hygienist Victoria has given me my smile back. I saw Dr. Spaulding and Dr.Kipling and both doctors helped walk me through each procedure because of my severe anxiety. Because of this amazing staff I have overcome my fear of the dentist and recovered my smile again.Thank you all so much and see you next time.7. So far it’s been fast, easy, and friendly!
