Recent Customer Feedback My daughter was super pleased with the service we received the first time coming here. She said everyone was nice and explained everything. I loved it too. The dentist and assistant were amazing. They answered all my questions, explained everything in detail. The Dr was very compassionate with me being nervous, and the receptionist was very kind. This is a great place they are very friendly and helpful and they no what they are doing. - Customer The dentist was very sweet it was very nice I lost my teeth due to a personal situation and he was very empathetic and sweet to me I appreciate that and the staff was all sweet happy and amazing you could tell they all love their job I would recommend everybody to go to this dentist - Customer The staff helped me relax. They talked me through what would be done. I enjoyed the experience. - Customer Three Appts...12 Need to reschedule #4 Pleasant, and thorough about my concerns regarding a chipped tooth. Explained the procedure and urgency to get a crown. - Customer They literally couldn't care less about you. They say they'll follow up, and they never do... - Customer I am speechless and so is this front office. After calling at minimum of five times, I finally had one actual conversation with someone. Great right..well I was sent my new patient registration forms, I filled them out and discovered they had an incorrect date of birth which in most cases it should be fine, but they needed to correct it in order to find my dental insurance benefits in addition I could not remember the time of my appointment. So, I decided to reach out to the office..........I have called at least three more times, left messages with no call backs. I have sent an email as well, no response.I finally gave up on this office.I literally left another message as a courtesy informing them that I am canceling my appointment and will not be rescheduling. I was never given the opportunity to meet the dentist. He may be an amazing provider, but he should be aware that I have to go elsewhere because his front office team is nonexistent...speechless - Customer I went in to have my wisdom teeth taken out and I was very nervous but my dentist and his assistant were very nice and kept checking to make sure I was okay. He made sure i was very numb and i didnt feel a thing. It is now the day after and I only have an aching pain that is very tolerable.
