One customer called to ask about bankruptcy, and they recommended a chapter 13 due to owning a house for more than 10 years, and thus paid the fees so that the case would be filed only to be told that they can't do the chapter because they didn’t have the class that needed to be taken, so they can't get my funds back, which doesn't make any sense at all. Another customer filled for Bankruptcy for the first time, and they took great care of her the entire time. Responded to all her emails and phone calls in a timely manner. They were always kind, respectful, and polite; highly recommended! The administrative assistant, Shekenna, was very professional, Tara, the paralegal, was also incredible, and Brian, the attorney, was great. They made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended. Mr. Brian Hill's assistant was very professional and answered all the questions raised by the clients. So many questions were raised such as the different bankruptcy, the cost, and how long it would take for the case to be filed, and it can surprisingly take only four months for a normal case. The office worker also made sure they could make installments for payment of the fee. A case filed in October 2025 took only four months, and the discharge was in January 2025.
