Came in because my daughter back teeth was really bothering her for the past 3 weeks and I am super grateful and pleased with the work performed same day without a appointment. Staff showed compassion towards the situation and was very helpful and knowledgeable about solving the problem since her other dentist she goes to in Kentucky seemed to just not know and simply wrote it off as molars coming in, when really she had a bad cavity with a small infection on the baby tooth that needed to be removed and needed a filling done as well. This business just gained a new customer. Thanks again 1000 times! Now we can finally get some sleep at night again..

This office went above and beyond to save my smile. The diligence, patience and dedication that they showed me is greatly appreciated.
I won't go back and I won't recommend anyone who hasn't been to the dentist in awhile to seek them out. It has taken me a couple of months to even talk about my visit much less write a review. I was made to feel nothing but shame and embarrassment by the staff. They couldn't refer me out the door fast enough. Their dental hygienist had pure disdain for the condition of my mouth and made no secret that she wanted nothing to do with cleaning my teeth. They said things to me that were not true and left me devastated. I received zero compassion or decency during my visit. No one should be treated that way if they are seeking assistance.
The best dentist visit in 30 years.

UPDATE: The error was corrected. I received a call and I did receive an apology for the treatment and the billing misunderstanding. Everything was corrected. It was timely, she (I wish I remembered her name) was super polite, professional, knowledgeable, and a great sponsor to show me what I wanted to see from the beginning with Tiny Town Dental.
The service was good. Me and my kids were able to get in no problem after moving here.
The issue I have is —- I was billed $289. When I called to discuss she informed me that my insurance didn’t cover some sealant for my kiddos and a xray.
Now that’s kool under any other circumstances but I was specifically told my insurance would cover it. I specifically said I didn’t want it if insurance didn’t cover it. Ee were only there for a cleaning. Instead of just apologizing for the mistake or the incorrect information being given she tried to blame it on me and said they aren’t responsible to know what’s in my insurance plan. That they don’t know what the last dentist did.
I thought they reached out to your previous dental office to get your records . I guess not.
Also if you have clinicians providing information like they know what’s in an insurance plan - when they know jack doo do squat then they shouldn’t keep their mouth shut to avoid having to pay unnecessary money.
Then this tops the cake. I had made a deposit for another appt. They took my deposit and used it towards the bill without even talking to me about it.
Again - awesome service before the bill and rude receptionist who doesn’t know how to simply apologize for an error that was caused due to horrible communication.
The best experience I've ever had at a dental office. I endorse this message.
I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Lindsey and her assistant Cassie at Tiny Town Dental. I suffer from panic and anxiety, and they were both incredibly patient and understanding during my visits.
Cassie was amazing — she talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Lindsey was just as wonderful taking her time to explain the process during treatment. They both showed so much care and kindness, and that really meant a lot to me, especially since I was having a very hard time.
Thank you, Tiny Town Dental, for having such amazing and compassionate people on your team!

My experience with the clinic was exceptional. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
My first appointment went very well. I felt like I got first class treatment. I look forward to seeing these folks again. Their customer service was outstanding.
Dr Lindsay and her assistant Stacy were phenomenal with my daughter today. They are so caring and make sure to explain any questions I have. I love this dental office and so does the rest of my family. Bonus is they see very young children so my whole family can come here. We don’t need to bounce around to different offices. If you are looking for an amazing office that always gets you in on time and cares about you, come to Tiny Town!
