Maybe he had a bad day at the office but my experience was not what i expected amd i did not appreciate being sent away before having a real chance at presenting a case. Man didn't even care to get my nameRobert has been a great asset to us. His prices are fair, and he's represented us well. When we've sent emails to him, he gets back with us in a timely fashion. If you really want to win your case, yes, there will be work on your end. And if he doesn't think going a certain route will be worthy of his or your time, he'll tell you and I appreciate that. Seeing those 1 star reviews because he wouldn't take a case is kinda ludicrous. If it's not a good fit, move on. I'd rather someone be upfront with me instead of taking a case that's either beyond their scope or just trying to keep another client on the hook despite time constraints.
