Client Testimonials: 1. Customer feedback summary: Was treated very poorly when calling someone to follow my lawyer's advice to call another lawyer at Marty's office to call me. Well, she made it worse— said she was going to call the opposing attorney ( I regretted giving her the name) and hung up on me. Never heard back from her. There was an ex family issue, post visitation abuse ( he wanted us to use his mother as a supervisor of open visits with my daughter. I never asked her to call that other lawyer on my behalf and I did not ask her to call the other attorney. And she hung up on me. Hostile ex family situation—- I did not want her to call that atty nor did I ask her too. She made a bad situation worse. Fact is—the woman was giddy , like she was being aggressive too— and her tone and everything about this call was not becoming of a receptionist in a lawyers office for certain. I love Marty , used her for years. However called the receptionist a few weeks ago to ask for another lawyer here to call me ( per Marty’s suggestion)— and I was deeply disappointed with the way I was treated by the giddy receptionist. She wanted the name of the opposing atty and I gave it to her —- ( shouldn’t have )— said “ well I’m going to call her to find out more “—- And she hung up on me. She never did call me back. Firstly this was a hostile ex family situation—- I did not want her to call that atty nor did I ask her too. She made a bad situation worse. I should have known it was going thi
