Affordable Dentures & Implants Customer Review Summary Analysis: 1. Bad customer service 2. Hard to get ahold of, and they do not return calls. Extremely rude staff. Don’t waste your money here. 3. Not the most professional 4. Staff not professional 5. Very unprofessional !! 6. Terrible customer service and follow up care !!! 7. I had a really bad experience at Affordable Dentures in Jackson TN. The way my friend was treated was not ok. She was accused of trying to scam them with no real explanation, and it turned into a huge argument. She ended up leaving in tears and without getting the help she needed. Customer service should be about respect and professionalism, and that was seriously lacking here. Even if there’s confusion about a situation, there are better ways to handle it than making someone feel embarrassed and disrespected. I won’t recommend this place based on how they treat people. Think twice before going here. 8. The office manager accused my dear friend of bringing in another set of dentures to her follow up stating they would never let her leave with those shoddy ones. They were the ones she paid for. She left in tears and without dentures. Unacceptable 9. I got a set back in August of last year. Immediately I was going in for adjustments. My bottoms were terribly made. The tops were too big. I was told they weren't too big they just felt that way. Then made an appointment for a consult to remake or resign and was told they were so poorly made they couldn't possibly have been the ones they made. As if I had a pair made in my basement or something. I paid out of pocket for these and was willing to give them more money to fix them so I can have a smile to show the world and eat like everyone else and was told they wouldn't do anything to them because they didn't make them, but they did. The office manager accused me of trying to defraud them. Sure, take my money to fix some random teeth. Ridiculous 10. My bottom teeth have already broken in half from eating chips and pizza crust smh highly disappointed and dissatisfied with your product cause I haven't even had my final teeth but maybe 2 weeks now and they've already broken
