Top McLemore & McLemore DDS Reviews 1. Always thorough, compassionate, and professional. 2. Changed Dentist about 15 months ago. M&M doctors, hygienists, and staff are all professional and courteous. No unnecessary procedures suggested. My wife has been going to them for quite some time; glad I decided to change. 3. McLemores are awesome. Love the pampering from warm blanket to paraffin hand softening. 4. My appointments are always on time. The staff is warm and welcoming. The waiting room has a beautiful fragrance, always clean, and airy. The rooms are cozy and calming. I get the best painless, cleaning of my teeth from the hygienists. I trust the dentists professional work and feedback. 5. Great service!!! 6. I have been going to McLemore & McLemore for years and have always had a great experience. My hygienist, Micah, has been WONDERFUL and such an angel over the years. The rest of the staff has also always been kind and helpful since I first started coming. Also it's unfortunate that after setting an appointment, I was informed that my insurance would not cover the full amount, and I had to call my insurance company to confirm that. Because of that communication, I ended up canceling the appointment because I have a comprehensive dentist around my area. When I went in to cancel the appointment, the person in the front who I believe was the office manager was very rude to me because if I knew my insurance was not going to cover the full amount, I should not have scheduled the appointment because someone else could have taken the spot. The whole situation felt very negative to me, and it has been negative since the last time I have visited the office; I just thought this was the way to inform the office, but the reaction was not what I anticipated. I would like to reiterate that my hygienist was Micah was wonderful, and through the years also the rest of the staff have been kind and helpful. 7. Always a pleasant experience, all the staff are Awesome and Dr. John is the Best, Superb customer service every single visit 8. Awesome place with a great staff!! Everyone was very nice and accommodating! If you’re looking for a Dentist, go to this place. 9. Excellent staff that gives excellent care. Dr. Jay is the best. 10. From the time I walked in the door until I left, my entire experience at this clinic was like luxury. The staff was kind, and the genuine way they treated me made me feel welcome. They offered chair massages, neck roll massages, blankets, music, and more to make sure I was comfortable. When I left, they gave me the cutest water bottle, which was so thoughtful. It was such an amazing experience that when I got done I sat in my car, called my mom, and said, “That place really has it going on!” I loved it! This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to in Jackson, TN. My hygienist, Ashley, was so sweet, and Dr. Pete was wonderful. Everyone had such a warm spirit. I will definitely be back! 11. Micah was pleasant as always service was on time and quick 12. Another great experience! My hygienist was so kind and did a great job cleaning my teeth! 13. Rachel was my hygienist. She does great. From walking in to walking out staff is great. Never had a problem or concern. 14. They are great people who really care about there patients. 15.
