Jackson Smiles Family Dentistry Reviews: 1. My experience at Jackson Smiles was awesome! Dr. Patel spent time explaining my treatment plan and answered all my questions. He went to switch between patients which is very professional and never made me feel rushed. Excellent communication! He was very gentle during my procedures that I didn't know what was happening. The whole staff is kind. I was lucky to have Carla as my RDA. I could feel she was looking out for me during the visit and very comfortable. Highly recommended. 2. The staff is friendly and takes care of their patients. They ask the appropriate questions and give you all their attention.3. Thank you for making the parking area snow and ice-free. I actually enjoyed my cleaning. The heated massaging chairs are amazing. And so is the music. I was so relaxed. The cleaning was painless and gentle. The staff is just lovely. The rooms are very clean. I would give you 25 stars+4. I have dental anxiety. The dental technician was very understanding and professional. The staff was courteous5. The staff was so wonderful and friendly! Rachael did a great job cleaning my teeth!6. My time here was amazing! I never felt any discomfort.
