Aspen Dental - Jackson, TN Customer Feedback Overview: I went to Aspen dental to get a tooth pulled, usually a simple procedure. When the dentist pulled it, she cracked the tooth next to it. I heard it pop. I told her about it she looked and said no I didn’t it’s fine, well now that tooth needs to be pulled because of that!!!!! Aspen Dental was amazing! From the time I walked in, the staff was so nice and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist were so nice, gentle and talked me through everything they was doing. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and answered any questions I had. You can tell they care about their patients and take pride in the work they do. They made the whole experience easy and stress free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly, professional dental team. - This place "sees you coming" like a car dealership. I went in for routine check up and teeth cleaning. The dentist talked to me for 5 minutes after my xrays, told me that I had 2 cavities that needed filling, but otherwise, everything was pretty normal. Doctor Dudley is a very nice and pleasant dentist. The Dentist left the exam room and then I was told that i would go to the front so they could go over charges. I was thinking "what?". I asked if I was going to get my teeth cleaned, and was told "If she has time". Then I was sat down with what I can only describe as the "closer", who told me the he had my Cigna Insurance estimate and presented me with 2 estimates. The first for a "Deep Cleaning" and 2 bridges, which was never discussed at my exam. This estimate was almost $10,000.00, Yes, that's Ten Thousand Dollars!!! But, if I only wanted the 2 fillings and the "deep cleaning", it was "only" $700.00!!! They said I could put 1/2 down today and pay the balance at the time of my next visit. I just asked, "how do I get to the exit" and left. Very disappointed with Aspen Dental in Jackson, TN Absolutely wonderful staff! Very courteous, patient, and attentive. 5 stars Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled,it was a breeze thank all of you Ebeverything was so nice and patient. Great great Great team awesome service just a great place to go Thoroughly explained every process. Return appointments are close together. Had a great experience getting a repair on my denture. It now fits better than it ever did. I truly appreciated the care the staff showed me and their willingness to do whatever it took to make me happy Today was my first visit with Aspen dental and I'm very pleased with my experience they got right to the point they didn't waste my time or my money on unnecessary things.. I went in for implants and I'll get them on my next visit I'm very excited to have Aspen dental as my new dentist I had a chipped tooth, didn't take long at all! Friendly service!
