I had a bridge placed on my upper teeth recently, and I find myself smiling confidently more often. They answered all my many questions—seriously, I had a lot—and they had infinite patience for my interrogation. They also took the time to address all my concerns regarding my permanent bridge. Ashley, shout out to you as well! Dr. Nash is excellent at what he does. He talks you through it all, makes you feel at ease, and is thoroughly modern with dental practices. The staff is friendly, professional, and uses a team approach from the front door to the back of the office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As Lt. Jones with the Alamo Police Department, I had toothache and was misdiagnosed by a dentist and then referred to a surgeon to extract the tooth at a very high cost. Southern Family dentistry was one of my dental insurance providers, and I was treated promptly efficiently and PAINLESSLY (excluding the original shots). It took no time and I HIGHLY recommend them. I will not go anywhere else!!After going to several dentists who claimed I needed $12k worth of work, I took a chance with Dr. Nash, and I have never been happier. He was pain-free after a root canal and having 4 crowns. Digital 3d laser scanning for crowns instead of messy molds leaves you with a flawless finished product. He offered me several economic options to go about, and even broke it down to steps so that even an electrician could understand. He is VERY down to earth and so is his staff, and they always have good music playing. Robin the billing representative even gave me money back on my balance. Finding this office has been a god send while I am working out of town. Anyone reading this should not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Nash. The best part is there’s not a Mercedes Benz parked out front so I knew I was in the right place. Thank you Dr. Nash!Fantastic staff!! Only dentist I trust and go to. It is impossible to serve customers in this condition, unable to function on the job pain, shame, and embarrassment! I was sent to the local quick care for steroid injection! Just to cope. On the job.. I was crystal clear, forthright with my intentions. That their professionalism was to be documented as a second opinion!! To which they agreed. That changed as soon as payment was received! And to have two partials made.. To which they were not...
