Kathy Lambert founded Broadmoor Property Management in 2003. The firm is dedicated to providing clients with customized and individualized services. We cater to the needs of small groups and individual investors. Our company now manages over 1100 units in Memphis, TN, compared to only three homeowners associations and one apartment complex. While sales and marketing services have been introduced, our main focus remains on providing accommodation to tenants and investing in real estate.
