C-1, Inc. Property Management, Construction, and Consulting was founded in January 1999 and has expanded significantly. The company is licensed by the State of Tennessee to participate in commercial, residential, and industrial construction activities. Foreclosed and abandoned properties were purchased in order to sell and rehab them when the company began. The business introduced three properties for affordable housing to cater to low-income families who were not yet ready to purchase a home. C-1, Inc. has housed hundreds of people in the Greater Memphis region, including these distressed properties. Throughout the years, C-1's experience and competency have increased tremendously.
