Welcome to City View Towers Senior Apartments, a pair of high-rise apartment buildings overlooking downtown Memphis, Tennessee. We are committed to providing a safe and affordable living environment for seniors, and City View is a HUD-designated Elderly community. We offer two floor plans, each with a large studio and optional balcony overlooking the Mississippi River and downtown Memphis. Our large community room allows residents to socialize and play cards or games, while our barbershop and sundry shop offers convenience at your doorstep. The access to our building is controlled and parking is covered off-street to ensure safety for our residents.
