As a community of healers, teachers, and students with our own beliefs and experiences, Delta Groove Yoga is not tied to any religion. Every class, service, practitioner, and snack here is a beneficial resource for self-love in all its forms. Our company name, Delta Groove Yoga, reflects our value of healing, uplifting, and inspiring each other, our local community, and the world. We must tune in to our unique selves to do so. Strength in mind, body, and spirit contributes to a fulfilling and happy life. We achieve this by building strength within a like-minded collective. We tune up by seeking help when we struggle, which is practicing transformation toward wholeness and balance.
