Introduction Hi, Y’all! My name is Nurse Melissa. I am a Registered Nurse with a BSN, born and raised in Memphis TN. I obtained my BSN from the ILLUSTRIOUS Tennessee State University in Nashville. I have been a registered nurse since 2015 in various settings: NICU, Medical/Surgical Units, and ICUs, mostly Trauma. I wanted to pursue beauty in high school, which is one reason I enrolled in a class to become a cosmetologist. I did not follow through with my cosmetology school... in this way. While traveling around the country as a COVID ICU nurse in 2021, I attended and graduated from Aesthetician School. By obtaining a second state license, I am thrilled to be able to combine my nursing education with aesthetics training.
