Divine Dental Center Summary of Customer Feedback Services provided by Divine Dental Center were excellent and caring. They did a great job, and everybody was nice and welcoming. I appreciated how the staff members were always checking to make sure I was fine and informed of what they were doing every time. I recommend 10/10. The office and staff were professional and clean. However, I have had a lot of issues with my teeth, so I think the dentist was not interested in helping me. I was kept in the examination room for a long time after getting some unfortunate news. When I told them that the x-rays looked bad and made me uncomfortable, they left them on the screen while I was crying. I have seen a lot of dentists, and I didn't want to continue seeing the plays. When I decided to leave the room after that, I found the dentist and the assistant having a chat in the x-ray room. This made me upset, and I had to leave the premises. To be honest, they might be good, just because I have several problems with my teeth, it might not work for some people. Their front desk person was really nice. I had another issue with my crown. It had been missing, and I asked if I should remove it. The assistant declined, and nothing was done. Additionally, my crown was not fixed, which left me in pain. I am just in the house waiting for the next appointment for my new dentist. I found Divine Dental Center to be so amazing! It was a comfortable, peaceful experience altogether. They are so empathy-focused and make sure that any appointment and any treatment you have been the most comfortable and care-free for you. I have never been asked in an intake form in any doctor’s office before if there was anything their office too could do to make sure that my appointment was as comfortable and welcoming for me as they possibly could. I was so impressed by Divine Dental and will be coming back for years! I am so excited to see you! Thank you, folks at Divine Dental Center! This office uses sneaky financial strategies. They told me that they were part of my insurance network and provided me with a treatment plan. My insurance company then paid in full. However, they received $506.80 more than I anticipated. Instead of refunding me, they altered the rates on my payment to make my balance equal to the $506.80. They did this without my knowledge and consent and I discovered it a couple of weeks later. My first time at a dentist in the area, and I will be back. The staff were accommodating and wanted to make sure I knew everything that they did and why before doing the procedure. I loved how the dentist made time to make sure my visit was thorough and informative. I recommend this Dentist! Dr. Eguakun is very professional and skilled!! I first visited her in 2017 and she and her team has been taking care of my teeth and gums. Dr. E's team, Donna, Treasure and Candaus and all of them are always amazing and they are so much fun with superb professionalism!! I strongly recommend this practice!! It was great Amazing
