Customer Testimonials Don't hire Claudia! Claudia is awful. My mother passed away recently with no will. A realtor friend of mine recommend I talk to Claudia. My mom's house that I grew up in was left to me, my sister, and my brother. Her first concern was being paid, which wasn't much, which I understood. After we paid, she should've sent a list of exactly what she needed from the three of us. She didn't always do that. I personally felt like we were under the impression that she would have the paperwork drawn up and filed for us. When she did have the paperwork drawn up, the county clerks office was confused because that's not what that type of documentation was supposed to look like. I was extremely upset seeing how much money was spent on something that wasn't done properly. I also found out that most paralegals that were working on my case were out of state which was a red flag looking back. I was charged for she said was filing fees only to find out the county said they never had it filed. She told me she wasn't going to file for me. That was $400 and something dollars. This is a slap in the face during the terrible time in my life and my family. She just didn't make anything easier or less stressful. I was more frustrated and disappointed with how much money and time was lost due to the lack of professionalism from this lawyer and office. She finally drew up the last piece of paperwork for us and it was not the paperwork to take over my moms estate. I am so upset that I went to a lawyer. I'm doing my own legal aid now and not lawyers. Plus this office will not get my business. I am very upset with my whole experience and just don't like that office. I would recommend other offices to do this. Her paralegal Tracey was the only one making any sense in this office. But she only has so much power so she couldn't help much. No filing, no estate taken care of, no closure. 2020 was a bad year and a little worse due to the situation. Spread the word, she isn't a business to be trusted.
