Absolute worst representation possible. I worked as a paralegal for 12 years so I know what to expect. She never responded to anything in a timely manner, and missed several deadlines. If my EX wasn't calling me asking me why I wasn't responding, I would not have ever known I was missing deadlines. She had my final decree for 3 weeks, never forwarded it to me, to review and sign, so we missed our final hearing date! She would not take my phone calls and would not communicate with me. I would send her numerous emails and she wouldn't respond. She finally called me when I refused to pay her! My case was not a difficult case and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I would have been better off saving my money and representing myself. 6. Do not hire this attorney! Absolute worst representation possible. But yes ma'am you in fact are my attorney. 8. Just called and the receptionist was very rude. At first she could not hear which is understandable. Then she said she could hear me. Yet...she hung up on me. So I called back. Again the lady could not hear me. After I asked her if I was a bother to her by the sound of her tone. She responded I can hear you. Then I explained how our previous call had played out with her hanging up on me. She then responded in a rude attitude how if she says she can hear me that means she can hear me. So...why did she hang up on me??? I told her she was unprofessional and decided to warn others by making this review. 9. Very professional. Kind hearted. And knew exactly how to care for my case. 10. Janis was amazing for our family! She was always kind and patient, even when we were going crazy. She and her staff kept us steady and confident!
