Gold Landscape Inc. Feedback Summary 1. Why do you employ such terrible drivers for your fleet? They drive like idiots. A man with sunglasses, a cap, and a white Chevy truck with your logo on it was speeding down 2499. I was going the limit, and he flipped me off then slammed brakes. He was rude and dangerous. At the next light, he blocked traffic till it turned red to keep me, and others waiting, yelling obscenities and flipping me off. I was scared for my safety and that of my 3- and 4-year-old daughters. The driver had road rage and was dangerous. Your drivers need training. They spend five minutes cutting our grass without considering the grass's health. Most of it is now dead or dying. The yard looks terrible. 4. Terrible quality and no attention to detail. They always "scalp" the grass near trees and drainpipes, leaving it dead. The yard looks bad after all their visits. 5. Poor quality work. They just do not care. We hired them as our HOA's landscaper, hoping it would save funds. They were to weed flowerbeds, but they don’t. They fight the yard crew, uprooting drain covers and cutting the grass when the demand is saturated. Their work is poor and inconsiderate. It is always damaged. 8. My money supports this company. They not only do a poor job with not mowing nor edging properly but also their supervisors lack the professionalism to attend to customers needs .They are inconsistent, not reliable to finish a job, fail to take care of weeds, lack real training for their employees as I have trash that they cause during visits, any damage they cause is impossible to remediate and it takes weeks to get anything resolved. I no longer hire their services only used them because my HOA has a 5 year contract with them. 11. Gold landscape is terrible! Golds landscaping takes care of the Lantana Community and does an excellent job, especially today as they stopped to let me know my back gate was open and the dog was wandering out. The property is at the corner of Bonham and Fortner and the dog could of been injured as this is a busy intersection in this neighborhood. Thank you to the gentleman from Golds Landscaping for taking the time to knock on my door. I wish I knew your name so you could be recognized for being a good person!!! Thank you again!! 14. Gold’s should only mow....if that...horrible at landscaping beds with bushes. Gold’s does not get the job done...unless it’s done poorly. Do Not Use This Company. They trimmed (mutilated) my bushes and then left all the clippings in the bed. Absolutely awful. This is the 3rd time they have done this.
