Austin STRONG: Relationship Building Center

Austin STRONG: Relationship Building Center provides personal and community mental health services for individuals. We offer pre-marital therapy, relationship and marriage planning, divorce and discernment services, new parent and blended family counseling, infidelity recovery, and conflict resolution. Communication skills-building, body positivity, and intimacy & sexual therapy are also available. We practice person-centered and relationship therapy and incorporate mindfulness and trauma-informed modalities. Our therapist is available 7 days a week, from 9 am to 9 pm, and offers couple counseling and marriage therapy. The Center offers sliding scale fees and lower prices for some populations, enabling us to carry out our goal of making mental health and relationship therapy accessible to all who require it.
