Mentor Graphics Announces New Chief Human Resources Officer WILSONVILLE, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mentor Graphics Corporation (NASDAQ: MENT) today announced that Paul Sale has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 7, 2015. He will oversee organizational planning, development, talent acquisition, and compensation, as well as benefits and training for Mentor employees. Sale was the global head of compensation and benefits at Mentor Graphics. Sale initially joined Mentor in finance over ten years ago. He worked in various positions within the corporate reporting, financial planning, and analysis department before moving into the human resource department as the lead for sales compensation. Sale also worked as an auditor at Con-Way, Inc., and KMPG LLP before joining Mentor. Sale holds an MBA from Babson College's Olin School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University.
