They were thorough, patient, and provided comprehensive services including exercises, massage, and needling. This is a well run business with fabulous, experienced therapists. I HIGHLY recommend them! No one wants to have to go to physical therapy but when you’re working with Results Physiotherapy you start looking forward to your appointments. I worked with most of the PTs there and they are all AMAZING at what they do and the nicest people. This was my first time dealing with an injury like this and it was very scary, but they made me feel comfortable and I saw improvement each time I went. Special shoutout to Ray and Steven — you guys are the best! I was thrilled by the results (forgive the pun!) I achieved at Results! I went there with a very painful and weak right hand, having developed increasingly difficulty in gripping anything, opening jars, using scissors and clippers and so on. I had a couple of sessions with Gail but mostly worked with Jingu Im, who goes by Steven. He was absolutely fantastic, taking time to understand my problem, then prescribing exercises which seemed ridiculously simple and easy but started working almost at once. I built up strength again, literally finding my hand plumping up as the muscle returned and the constant pain disappeared. Steven always came up with different exercises and ideas and kept boredom at bay. He was also very understanding about the fact that I had some other health issues going on and, although young and obviously fit himself, he was more than sympathetic to my limitations. I enjoyed working with him so much I was quite sad that he "fixed me" so efficiently and I now have no reason to go back! I'd definitely return to Results for any future physio needs. Absolutely incredible, the whole team is amazing. Steven was the one who took care of me for all 6-7 weeks I was there, he was super knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and extremely charismatic. Honestly, I will miss this place, I'm happy to have left and happy to be back to 100% but the people there are so nice that I will definitely miss waking up early in the morning to go exercise with them. Another person who deserves to be mentioned is Raymond, just like Steve he is amazing, I had 1 session with him but he was always around and with a smile on his face. If you need physical therapy you found your place. Results physical therapy has excellent therapists! They really know their stuff at this place. My shoulder replacement went from barely moving to 90% in just five months. They work you with exercises and pulleys etc., and then they do really specific and effective bodywork. I highly recommend!
