My divorce is one year old, and I have parted with over thirty thousand dollars, yet I am no nearer to closing anything than I was at the beginning. I have experienced almost no communication. Phone calls rarely get returned, updates are never issued unless they are pestered for them, and I am regularly required to provide the same information repeatedly, and every time I am billed for it. When someone hires an attorney, they are mostly at a vulnerable and hectic time in their lives. Unfortunately, I feel like they took advantage of this. The communication, guidance, and progress on my case have been very irritating. Every time I tried to object, I felt rudeness and dismissal. I have communicated with my attorney less than five times in the last year, and almost every other interaction is the paralegals, who often do not have answers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
