It was a nearly impossible task as the ex-husband tried to castigate the customer for her ignorance. However, Terence made it clear that he had all the facts and the customer was informed by the law. Therefore, Terence was the real attorney as he let the customer know the truth, even if it was hard to swallow. He also emphasized that he would not do everything to win the case, and ensure that each party receives fair treatment and compensation.
