The two movers from the Bradfield team were professional and treated the piano with respect. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. The operation was smooth, and my piano arrived safely. In addition, Holt offered to allow my son to visit his place of business and learn about pianos and the family business, which was unexpected but appreciated. When my son visits during his break from school, my family will be their customer. Next time, we will use Bradfield for our casters and tunings.
