The two men who completed the +200 miles transport were extremely courteous, punctual, and careful when moving my piano. They were cautious with the sentimental value of my old spinet piano, understanding that it had been in my family for over fifty years. Additionally, they took the time to pack and secure the piano in the truck. The move was quick, thorough, and the piano arrived in perfect shape without so much as a scratch. The amount charged was accurate. I would highly recommend Bradfield Piano Movers. Holt also allowed my son to visit the storage facility and learn more about the pianos and the family business. Holt was excellent to work with and addressed all concerns. The team delivered the piano to the destination in Austin safely and quickly. The two movers from the Bradfield team were professional and treated the piano with respect. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. The operation was smooth, and my piano arrived safely. In addition, Holt offered to allow my son to visit his place of business and learn about pianos and the family business, which was unexpected but appreciated. When my son visits during his break from school, my family will be their customer. Next time, we will use Bradfield for our casters and tunings. Holt seemed very knowledgeable and sincerely wanted to serve a family. My son will take his first lessons on the piano, and we will use Bradfield for our tunings and repairs, collecting the casters as promised.
