They truly care about your fur baby as if it were theirs! If you're looking for daycare or boarding, this is a great place!... One review states: This place isn’t very sanitary, I’ve seen feces everywhere, and some of the dogs’ grooming looks unprofessional. One of the ladies does a horrible job of communication and leading; she seems very passive-aggressive. I wouldn't bring my dog here. Another didn't like the fact that: (Customers mention) This is not ok please don't board here...in their poor experience, They ask me to give her another chance and keep Luca for the second week, which l agreed to - and that's on me. Unfortunately, the second week was just as bad. Again, there was zero communication, no follow-up, complete unprofessionalism. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. This experience was frustrating and far below the standard I expected for my dog's care and training. ( Smart Dog is better than this) One thing l will say though, Laura never made it to the first week of training. The lady at the entrance of the boarding facility was extremely helpful and nice and helped me a lot in this terrible situation. Smart Dog took my little Zeus the same day for a grooming. He is 9 months old, and they are only his second groom. Amber and her assistant did a fabulous job!! I couldn't be happier and we've decided on our new grooming place in Dallas. Thank you! -5 stars for unfair brainwashing, this is abuse to a dog. Review 2: Amber is the best! She got my pup in quickly & was super flexible and thorough. My dog gets excited every time we walk in! -really bad reality please be warned she never took her dog there again. I have been bringing my Vizsla, Trinity, to Smart Dog for almost a year. We love this place. Every day, Trinity is so excited to come here to play with her friends and the people who care for her. It is the only place she doesn't get separation anxiety from us when we leave her. She always leaves happy and tired after a long day of play and learning. The staff keep a close watch on her during the day and we know they'll tell us if anything seems off. They've taught her how to play nicely with other dogs and now she's very well socialized. We like that they open early and close late for us. They are open until 8:30 pm, which helps since we work late hours. Also, they are so knowledgeable with all the advice they share about dog training. We also love the location, close to downtown but with lots of space. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of daycare or boarding for their dog.整合Part of my review 2
