I called yesterday regarding family law, and when they returned my call today, the only thing they discussed was the price. They didn’t ask a single question about my situation, didn’t request any details, and didn’t seem interested in understanding the specifics of my case at all. The conversation felt rushed and impersonal, and overall I got a really bad vibe. When you’re dealing with something as important as family law, you expect at least a basic level of care and attention. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I did not intend to spread false or misleading information. I simply shared my honest experience of the interaction. My voicemail was brief, and during the return call I was given a price range without being asked about the specifics of my situation. That approach felt impersonal to me, especially given the sensitive nature of family law matters. At no point was I in a “rage,” nor was I hostile towards your staff. I understand that discussing costs is part of the process, and I respect that. However, I also believe it’s reasonable to expect at least a few questions to better understand a potential client’s circumstances before focusing solely on pricing. Leaving a review was not meant to attack your firm, but to reflect how the interaction made me feel as a prospective client.
