I had used another attorney previously, and switched after 6 months of the divorce being dragged out and being misrepresented as a dad. Once Savannah took my case, everything was handled promptly and professionally! I will be recommending Savannah Gonzales to anyone dealing with any legal matter! What was expected to be a straightforward case took significantly longer than anticipated. Once my divorce was finalized, I was not informed by the office; instead, I received the divorce decree from my ex-husband. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent. Whenever I requested updates, I was often told the staff was busy with other cases, unavailable, making TikTok’s or out of the office. Considering the cost of the services, I expected a higher level of professionalism and follow-through. The office also appeared disorganized. I was passed between multiple paralegals and staff members, which contributed to delays and confusion. Despite requesting to speak with a manager several times, no one ever contacted me. Overall, I felt that the attention and care promised at the beginning of my case were not delivered. I encourage others to be mindful and thoroughly research before choosing this attorney.
