After Excela Solar came here to the Rio Grande Valley, myself and two other business partners of mine helped to establish and grow Excela as a company. After we brought customers to Excela and had sold to several customers, Excela installed four or five systems, but never paid out the complete commissions. If this wasn't enough, my partners and I found that the owners Alfonso R., Eric H., and Olga D. had received funding for projects that had Not been completed. Once we questioned them; we got called in to the office and they had an attorney and released all three of us and walked us out of the office. As of now all three do not return our calls or respond to the customers or even the financial companies they took the money from! Excela Solar and the three owners are very unprofessional, Not Honest and use very bad business practices! Very unfortunate
Very unprofessional. Called to have a solar proposal prepared, but there was never anyone there to answer the phone. Left several messages to see if anyone would call me back and nothing. When I finally did get ahold a someone a woman answered and appeared frustrated or upset. She told me there was no one that could help me at the moment and to call back later. Sad to see people running their business this way.
