They are all united in this vision of excellence and a desire to provide their patients with extraordinary artistic results. Dr. Maria Elena Larrazaleta is an obstetrician-gynecologist of Cuban descent, raised inPuerto Rico, practicing inEl Paso, Texas. She earned her Bachelor's Degree at the University of PuertoRico Rio Piedras Campus. She attended Medical School at University Central del Caribe in Bayamon, PR. and completed her OBGYN Residency in Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso. Dr. Larrazaleta will be eligible to take her oral boards this year. Dr. Larrazaleta’s vision was to integrate her passion for cosmetics with gynecology. Her Health OBGYN & FertilityCenter is where she practices as a Private Practice OBGYN. She has met many women struggling with acne, weight gain, and excessive hair growth during this time. Dr. Janel and Dr. Larrazaleta launched Her Med Spa to help those women combat weight gain, acne, and excess hair growth and other issues.
