Customer Feedback Summary : I write this review in the event to prevent my experience from happening to someone else. I hope this helps anyone as they try to find a decent lawyer. Samantha Rago Law Online Reviews 1. Customer Satisfaction (1 Star Rating) A. Samantha was not easy to communicate with and took forever to reply to my emails, calls, and texts. B. The paralegal was unresponsive many times. For example, in the event of a divorce case or a special request for a document for court cases, I was told I would receive it in 3-4 days, and yet I will end up receiving them after 2weeks C. The paralegal was very unprofessional and had a negative attitude on the phone every time I called. D. The paralegal had forgotten about me for a week until I called to ask what was going on with my case. This was very unprofessional, especially when I had paid extra money hoping she would take my problems more seriously, but it seems she is not motivated to continue with other cases. E. I was told that Rago law had never got certified mail from me after sending her documents through certified mail, and she had seen that I was not responding to her emails. F. My wife tried to call the office and was put on hold for over an hour and decided to hang up; then, she left a message, hoping the office would call back. After a week, there was no response from the office. G. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone in the future or refer any litigation case to him at all. If I don't get any feedback on my case, it means they are not taking it seriously.
