I had made an appointment weeks ago for 9:15 am for January 21st. I called before going, got a recording about there hours 9-5 etc. I traveled from New Mexico. When I got there, it was closed!. I called there number again, and got a recording saying they were closed for Martin Luther King Day, which was yesterday! I called Yolanda and left a message on her voicemail. I waited and waited. Finally I returned back home. They advertise "Why, because it's One Source, of course." It should be: "Because we are incompetent of course." If this is the way they treat a 24 year customer, Watch out!
