She never reached out like she said she would. All she stated is your office likes to reset cases until they are thrown out or the judge makes a decision. I tried texting her no comment I tried calling got hung up on numerous times and was even asked if I knew how to use a phone disrespectfully on tuesday January 20, 2026. I firmly explained to Diane several times to let me know when the judge wanted to make a decision so I could be present. I stated that I'm not willing to take any offers due to the officers negligence. I drove to your office in person last month just to make sure we were clear Diane agreed. Told me I had nothing to worry about that everything was going to be reset this took place on January 20, 2026. Then out of no where I get a text message with a picture stating they have made a decision with out consulting me first. It's within my rights to make my own choices between trail by judge and trial by jury. What isn't right is for your personnel to be acting outta spite after I already paid my money.
