The place was established by Laney Espenlaub, who has a passion for provoking kids’ interest in abstract art and painting pure-hearted children and pet portraits for a commission. Laney was inspired by her youth experiences as an artist and teacher. Fort Worth needed such a place, and she had her chance. It was the first time she could combine her love, dedication, and ability to stimulate kids’ enthusiasm so effectively. Laney designed a program of classes at Art & Soul Studio that encouraged kids to create, express themselves, be messy, and have fun. It was a magical moment.
