Classes are available seven days a week, with schedules varying from 5:30 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Every individual will find something to enjoy, from Yin + Restore to Power Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and many more. Soulful Yoga Retreats is our latest development. It is managed by Melinda Nag, Kelsey Brand, and Kelsey Brand. In 2022, we will visit Costa Rica. Our training programs have the most thrilling adventures and will suit anyone who wants to enhance their teaching or practice. We offer Aerial, 200hr, and 300hr Trainings each year.
