The Sanctuary Yoga Room

It is with such joy and excitement that we welcome you back to The Sanctuary Yoga Room! Our studio has always been a haven of healing, joy, and warmth, whether you were here in person or attending classes through our live stream. The sanctuary and the comfort it provides are something everyone wants. Nevertheless, as it stands now, our studio will be changing physical locations as of September 4th. Our online class offerings will persist, but we will no longer be offering as many options for in-person visits. Yoga teachers will be limited, and our classes will also be live-streamed. It is also a new development that we will be launching an online media library to provide everyone the opportunity to benefit from our numerous classes at their convenience. We will still have everything that you enjoyed about our studio, including a variety of classes, teachers, and levels. We plan to continue our mission of teaching yogic goodness. Yoga is an integral part of our lives, and we teach it with passion, love, honesty, and integrity. With such a commitment, our dear yogis, the one thing we miss is your live presence. We can't wait to see you again soon!
