This was a completely new process for us, and they were so helpful, kind, and communicative! They answered everything very clearly and in a way I could understand (even the dumb questions we had:)); they also responded very quickly to emails and phone calls! The communication with the group is exceptional. I have not had to lift a finger or worry about anything throughout this process. Very friendly and attentive staff.
