After he suggested we do meditation, which I felt would be a waste of time and through with it after he said it would be beneficial and I felt it wouldn’t be, only wasted $1500 to sit through it, for him to say sorry that it didn’t get us anywhere. The man can’t keep an assistant, answering the phone doesn’t happen, getting a call back is few and far between, sends pointless emails that only chip away at the retainer, can’t dress professionally, over all he’s a nice guy but not a very good lawyer2.
