Beechnut Animal Hospital was established by Dr. Ferlin Tutt over 40 years ago, and his clients adored and respected him. The hospital was initially situated in the suburbs; however, the growth of Houston has resulted in an increase of 20 miles in the population. Dr. Tutt is no longer in practice but is now a veterinarian and missionary to developing countries. All our best wishes to him! Dr. Greg Matt acquired ownership of the practice in 1996. The inside of the office was remodeled, and new medical equipment was added. This measure resulted in growth and restored the hospital's reputation. He continues to demonstrate a great deal of compassion!
