My engagement ring has a unique design, so a standard circle band wouldn't fit. Mark educated us on the process, kept us informed during the design and creation, and provided EXACTLY what I was looking for. Fast forward to now... I've been back for multiple cleanings, tightenings and dipping to keep my rings beautiful. I'm now back to have them resized. As always, Mark is professional, educates you and explains the process, and makes you fully confident that you will get beautiful jewelry when you return. From the overall experience there, I would recommend them to anyone.7. When I entered the store a man approached me with a cellphone up to his ear. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me options while he was still on the phone. I asked if I could speak to the owner and he replied that I’m getting the friends and family discount. (A friend and business colleague of mine referred me to this place she asked that I talk to the owner and mention her name.) I was not asking for a discount I wanted to mention that my friend referred me to this jeweler. He didn’t let me finish and I never did meet the owner. The piece that I bought is beautiful, but it did take Over four weeks to get. When I got a telephone call to say that it’s ready they mention the wrong type of jewelry. Clearly they were making back to back phone calls and didn’t rally have a clue who I was. When I picked up the piece they were to buzzy on the phone to verify that it fit ( which it didn’t) in the end my experience was not very good and they told me not to come back and that he was going to delete my account8. I’ve always been super happy with the quality of work at Designer Jewels. Josh and his family are so warm and welcoming, and so knowledgeable always answering questions. Josh is fair with prices and will teach you what to actually look for. He helped my pick out multiple pieces and the process was very easy. I would be happy to do business with Josh again12.
