Very attentive & informative in addition to great repair work. They missed a detail in the initial morning visit, but sent out someone the next day who did a follow up & finished the work. They are very honest & straight forward about your options but will work with you without applying any pressure to 'buy up'3. David C the technician gets 5 stars from me and the owner of Just-N-Time that called me back to answer my questions and concerns and the new receptionist helping schedule my service. I saw some water in my attic air-handler emergency drain pan and called Just-N-Time they came out the next day. Turns out my drainage line was clogged and water backed up into my unit and also created condensation around my air handler. David was on time, professional, honest, patient, and thoroughly explained everything to me and was patient with my questions since I had a lot of them being a very hands-on type of guy. I will be purchasing their maintenance plan and will gladly recommend them to family and friends as long as they continue running an honest genuine company that cares about their customers. In a world full of people whom can be unethical at times, I feel like my family and home are in good hands with Just-N-Time and they were transparent and honest.4. I think this was maybe the result of the tech assigned to us. The tech did not do a thorough job of inspecting our ACs for issues. He just noticed refrigerant leaked and he refilled it. He did mention he didn’t have a tool he needed to do the rest of the inspection and that would be another appointment. Definitely felt very overcharged for refrigerant. Just-n-time said they would reduce the charge for inconvenience- tech left and ran toanother appointment before coming back with refrigerant. Less concerned about the time inconvenience, and more frustrated the diagnostic wasn’t done well. Our AC stopped working again two days later. Ended up going with another company who provided not only better pricing but gave a thorough diagnostic (coils were rusted over, amongst other things).5. The punctuality was great. The tech was friendly. He sounded knowledgeable at the time. But I was charged $300 to replace a blown 3amp fuse for the low voltage board upstairs. He did not know why it was blowing and told me all wires were fine. A month later the fuse blows again. I replace the $5 fuse and it blows again. I call another company out because I don’t want to spend another $300 for a temporary fix. Diagnosis this time is a faulty damper transformer, a cut wire outside touching (which I was originally told was fine), and a loose wire on the service junction box causing a wire to run hot and starting to melt. How was ALL of this missed? ‍ Especially for a $300 call. The new company diagnosed this for half. Replace ment will be just over the initial total. I know Justin is great at what he does, but the tech that day did not do his due diligence.6. Can say enough good things. I was in a jam and the owner and 2 other guys dropped what they were doing an came out to help figure out what was happening. Ended up being a CenterPoint power issue, but with out Justin and his team we would have never figured that out. Just in time earned a loyal customer moving forward!7. I received a recommendation from the manufacturer for emergency repairs they came by and quickly replaced and repaired the intake duct work the system operated correctly afterwords on the follow-up from the service two minor issues were identified and corrected excellent job and great people8. He was able to listen to the customer and was able to effectively do his job within 10-15 mins of being on-site. Payment was seamless. I would highly recommend to someone else looking for HVAC needs in the Heights area.12. There was no hesitation in addressing the problem and getting it resolved. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, how it would be fixed, and followed through with excellent work.
