The "turn-as-much-profit-as-possible” approach has taken its toll. The Circus is over. We are a relationship-oriented dealership. We have been in business for over 12 years and have a strong presence in Houston. In our second year, referral sales blew up. I would ask for referrals, and each person I asked would refer 10 people. Students would refer friends and colleagues refer coworkers, and some victims of accidents would come to buy their second car from us. Point being, the culture is here, and many customers that we like have a lot of friends. We are the most trusted dealership in Houston when it comes to a used car.
