Customer Reviews at Nu Dentistry: 1. Very fantastic. They ordered me to pay $50 for the first checkup of my implant. The implant was loose. Then the dentist came and examined me. They offered me treatment for over $700 with an unclear result, so I refused, saying I couldn't pay that much for an unclear result. Then they made me wait for a long time, and the dentist came again and said we might need to replace the screw. They made me wait for quite a long time again. Then they offered over $1200 for screw replacement if needed. These negotiations lasted more than two hours, each time making me wait for a more extended period. I was a bit annoyed because all their offers were based on guesswork. From my experience, guesswork and unreasonable pricing indicate lack of expertise and are likely a scam. Do not visit this clinic. 2. I have been coming to Nu for 3 years. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE IN HOUSTON!!!! I am in love with the staff. I love the dentist every one is just so beautiful and so friendly! Phenomenal customer service and the best dentist in town! 10/10 every time I come an they are so consistent! I don’t think I’ll ever switch dentists!! Thank you so much you guys!! 3. Great dentist and the receptionists are cool especially Nani say hi if you see her. Always a good experience to be had at this location. 4. I had the deep cleaning today. Liked the service. Nani was very helpful explaining the service in details. And, Steven was my hygienist and he explained the details of my cleaning. 5. Good staff great service, Jennifer is awesome! 6. *Update- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. being charged today for a root canal on a tooth that wasn’t causing any issues on my initial visit, even though they told me on my last visit it would be covered by insurance. Came in for a simple filling to be replaced the first visit, now on visit 4 and the bill keeps going up based on their initial mistakes. Overall experience has been horrible- only giving 2 stars because the staff is generally nice. TL;DR version - went in to have a filling replaced, having no pain. Now having daily pain x over 3 weeks and have spent several thousand dollars on 2 crowns and a root canal on a tooth that wasn’t having any issues when I first went in. 7. this place is awesome from all the staff when you walk in it’s very welcoming the team is great they give you a blanket so you can be more comfortable love love love. !! 8. Great customer service, and they were very thorough in their explanation of services. 9. Wonderful Staff, very friendly and informative. Dr Sayage was very knowledgeable and able to explain my needs and help me with a great care plan. Nani was awesome helping me schedule and put it all together. Thank you NuDentistry! 10. Marissa is super great very detail oriented & very patient highly recommended Dr Lee very professional & pay attention to detail highly recommend A1 super star customer service 11. I came in for a consultation today for my daughter’s braces. & the staff was super welcoming and nice; they quickly took her in and did her X-rays and we started her braces same day! Love this location 12. I have been calling this office to get a copy of my x rays and treatment plans that my insurance covered to no avail. How do you charge 2k for a tooth extraction with insurance and expect the person to have these funds to pay it. SMH won’t go back 13. Good service and my teeth look great! 14. My appointment was 4:30. I came early. One receptionist acknowledge me as I walked in, confirmed my name told me to have a seat. 10 minutes later another receptionist asked if I have checked in. Turned out she did not check me in at all. Paid and got my procedure done. Then I was told to wait to check out. To my surprise that was not needed and I wasted my time just standing there waiting for nothing. Really??!!!
