Steven Griffin: Allstate Insurance I have called Houston my home since 1977. I have always wanted to own a business in this city, knowing from a young age. After my college education, I quickly realized that I wanted to build a career as an insurance and finance professional. This dream was made a reality when I was able to become an Allstate representative, allowing me to take care of my family while also assisting my Houston friends. I combined three separate Allstate agencies that had been serving Houston for over 20 years to create my business. Many of those agencies' customers still belong to us, and we are proud to be able to support their families by safeguarding their cars, properties, and other important assets. Our office is situated in the heart of Houston's historic Woodland Heights neighborhood. The address is Pecore Street, with Houston Avenue and Main Street being the closest intersections. The neighborhood is known for its unique charm and exciting events, such as the Lights in the Heights yearly celebration. You will find me sitting on Woods Park having lunch from one of the neighbouring restaurants when I am not engaged at the office or walking around the neighbourhood. Sylvia, my wife who is an Allstate Field Sales Leader, Max, our son, and Sydney, our daughter, make up my family. My hobbies include cooking and watching my favourite TV series with my wife, online video games with my son, Max. I also enjoy supporting the Houston SPCA, where I adopted Hiro, my rescue dog. Whether I take walks around Stude Park, Hiro and I enjoy spending time together because it helps us to relax. As an Allstate agent, I have been able to become a business owner and serve my community.
